Hay TRDJ! What was for lunch today?

Great question! Today it was use-what-needs-to-be-used-else-get-tossed day.
TRDJ used leftover grilled greek chicken y homemade pickeled jalepenos y onions along with eggs and cheese to create a WONDERFUL omelet. She was garnished with homemade chimmichurri and a sliced mater and warshed down with tap water.
What'd ya have?
Also, if you don't make chimmi every 2 weeks you probably put cheese on a donut.

Leftover beef burrito with verde sauce and cheese sauce, wedge of cheese quesadilla, and roast and carrots. All were on the verge of possibly too old, but so far have not puked or shatt myself.

They had a family size package with like a dozen legs for $2.64, so I had to buy it. Today was use-it-or-freeze-it day, so I grilled some and froze the rest.
