Home. No restaurant these days beats home grilled. Most restaurants now employ the dead between the ears, zero work ethic generation. Service & food quality has taken a nose dive at most places.

Both butchers in Clemson closed (the one on 123 closed about 6 months ago and the one in Patrick Square about a year ago), but Stock & Barrel on Ram Cat Alley in Seneca is good and they have a decent selection of wines. It is your best bet without traveling all the way to Greenville.

Is that Bo’s Meats and Things still on 76 in Sandy Springs? I’ve never been there and probably wouldn’t…the name just sort of sets a certain expectation for me. Not even sure it is/was an actual butcher.
