We have all heard this before! However this might be our issue on stoping the run. Our D is not getting a healthy Mafah in practice. From my understanding he is not practicing hardly at all. So if we are not getting practice against our first team RB it might be why we struggle with some of these running teams. Iron sharpens Iron! Right now we got hard plastic trying to sharpen iron.

Practice makes permanent. You have to practice proper technique to make it perfect.
