They can not control the spending by other teams. Now they have to compete fairly so to speak as they been paying their players for so long.

They have always been out coached.

They are because some schools have so much more money than others and they can buy whoever they want. This is the worse situation college football has ever experienced. UGA has been buying players for decades. Talk to Hershel.
