It is interesting to see people's perceptions and biases play into voting. For instance the voter below who dropped us 2 spots for 'struggling' with Auburn (nevermind we covered the spread handily) and moved up a few teams who legitimately did struggle against inferior (to Auburn) opponents.
Polls can be interesting because they reveal the angles people take in justifying their preconceived notions.

Thank you for that very reasonable comment. The fact is we beat a team that was not very good and that we were favored to beat. We beat 'em by a touchdown. Why would anyone think we would surge up the polls based on that?
You are right, win the games. The polls will take care of themselves.

I would seriously like you know what the #### the guy was drinking when he made the CBS 124 some notable W T F selcetions:
3. Oklahoma (struggled with UTEP)
5. Michigan (after getting their ### handed to them by Bama)
6. Mich St.
8. Wiscy
10. Louisville
11. Boise (was 22 last week and lost)
If you ask me that's 3 teams that are in the top 10 that we should be a head of (us at 16) smh. But on a side note he did have SC is at 16.

Until they lose a game. Regardless of how ugly the win ,or how weak the opponent. They want to leave them in that preseason position to make it look like they knew what they were doing when they overrated them.
