With SOS playing such a big part in a season now, it doesn´t benefit Clemson in any way for those teams to lose to cupcakes.

Do people not understand that the perception of the ACC is more important than ever now with the playoffs?! Yes, FSU is good and we always play USuCk and one other tough out of conference opponent to help bolster our SoS, however, the better the ACC looks as a whole, the more it helps us. The ACC has lacked credibility in the past and has saved a little face the last few years with our wins over LSU and UGA, and with FSU winning the national championship and us winning the Orange, so now would not be the time to jeopardize the little credibility we have earned.
Clemson and FSU have to continue to play at a high level and really need 2-3 other teams to be in the top 25. VT, UM, UNC, UL, and GT all have decent history and we need those schools to step up.... It's fun watching some of the teams that we play and don't like lose, but for our perception we need them to win.
Rant over. Go Tigers! Beat the dawgs! And as always , screw the coots!

Its dumb to root against your Conf to much with the SOS playing a part in the playoff committee's decision. You don't want win games, beating nothing but teams with losing records lol.
