Pick or Rub?

Jan 10, 2017, 5:58 PM

So tired of the whole offensive pass interference crying from my SEC and Bama friends. I have to admit, I've watched the final drive (a thing of beauty) over a dozen times for other reasons, but watch carefully. Alabama's Marlon Humphrey #26, actually makes first contact on Artavis Scott with his right arm. Scott is clearly trying to run a route, not block, and Humphrey is holding and brings him down (could have been called for pass interference but no matter).

Stocking up on cheese to serve my buddies to go with all their whine.

Ya'll do know that Alabama used that same play when they beat LSU in overtime a couple years in a Natty?

For relaxing times, make it Suntory time

Only losers blame the refs. You play yourself in a positon

to lose that way. Alabama played themselves to a position to lose. They lost. Get over it Alabama !

Interference by the defender. Typical shenanigans by Bama players.

Jan 10, 2017, 7:49 PM

So your answer is neither. Bama lost fair and square to the best team in America. Period.

This week it's the pick/rub by Artavis Scott.

Last week it was the pick/rub by Christian Wilkins.

I don't think Coach Swinney will complain as much about Scott's.

Maybe if they hadn't done a PI to get us on the 2

things would have been different.

Or if targeting had been called earlier and Foster had been ejected. Who knows? But for now...
