Not a difficult road for Belicheck....
They could sweep the non-conference potentially...
Then we could drub them...but they get a recovery week after that.
They'll drop a couple of others on the road...but this schedule opens
the door for 9-3 or 8-4 type of year just for showing up.
Here's hoping that their old ACC rivals on the back end of the schedule cause some problems for UNC.
There's no Louisville, SMU, Miami, Ga. Tech, Va. Tech, Pittsburgh, BC or even FSU on this schedule.

I’m guessing any coach would be happy for the BYE week before our game but he has to hate being off the very next week too. No way to develop any flow to your routine.

Uneven schedules will happen every year with bigger conferences. What the schedule maker cannot control is teams that have "surprise" years. Who would have bet SMU would be a Playoff team or FSU being so bad last season. You don't know until you know.

For example, our 2024 ACC regular season schedule allowed us to avoid most of the better teams in the conference.

Stanford (14th)
Florida State (17th)
Wake Forest (14th)
Virginia (10th)
Louisville (4th)
Virginia Tech (8th)
Pittsburgh (10th)
Not exactly a tough conference slate.
Why can’t you acknowledge that?

I would prefer conference keeping all of their games within the conference which might include playing some teams twice. But that would take yet another change to the CFP which would gaurantee access to the playoffs from all conferenc champs and not just a select few...not going to happen. There are more reasons why it would ever happen for lots of reasons, but it does not really make sense to me. Never has. Why even have conferences if they don't really matter for an NCAA championship. Perhaps that is the real solution..get rid of all the conferences and make everyone an independent and go from there.

UNC is in some early 2025 12-team field projections already.
Made me go check their incoming transfers. They didn't get that much and they lost quite a few.
