I've been wanting us to run. Show WR screen, the lead WR either shows slant or releases block and goes down the sideline. Worked for an 87 yard TD!!
Also, in one off the playoff game they diagramed out a pass to the WR\TE right up the alley the blitzing linebacker came from. Could it have worked against Tenn and No 24? On a play Michigan had a back drift out to the sideline as an outlet pass. Did we always need the back blocking on pass plays? We threw some to the backs but looked like called pass plays!
