One thing I'm starting to wonder about

When Dabo started to put HS coaches and coaches who had never coached at the college (or NFL) level on staff, I know we as fans have questioned the decision.

I wonder what the players think of them?

Is it hurting recruiting? Do players already on the team care for the coaches?

Elite players should be coached by elite coaches. Period.

You mean like Richardson "the blowhard" or Conn or Hall? Or how about Spiller, Goodman and Grisham with zero college coaching experience? It's a staff full of nothing but friends and family

Konn and Hall were high school coaches, Hall an assistant in Nashville where he had little 0 responsibility(Both former teammates at Bama with Dabo 🙄). Richardson is an absolute joke of a hire. Goodman had never been an on field coach and somehow takes over for BV???? Are you kidding me? And then you got the Spiller/Grisham combo or again 0 on field coaching exp now leading what use to be some of the best in college football at those positions. Austin only on field coaching is at Ga.State after being a GA here.

It would be different if this was a middle of the road program and you were taking a chance on young hires you know, but this was a multiple national championship top 5 program.

Let’s not even mention the 8 or so friends and family kids on Scholarships and we got a 5’8 walk on kid named Hampton Green the 5th returning punts some and playing WR lol . Dabo I know you walked on but we don’t need little white WR’s getting reps each year just because.
