Entire season in the hands (or foot) of somebody who wasn’t on the team a week ago. Message to your o line, qb, running backs and receivers is I don’t believe you can go score. So we are gonna count on this guy. His confidence in our offense is horribly low. I guess those high risk chances are why they make the big bucks. Gambled our season and lost.

You drive down the field, using as much of the clock as possible. You’d love 7, but will settle for 3, knowing the opponent will have very little time to move against you, and your D has been dominant. And your kicker was on the team until this year, and made every kick so far in the game. He wasn’t just pulled from the stands at random.

Told the guy in front of me yesterday with about 5 minutes left that Dabo is gonna try and run the clock out and set up for a field goal. Wanted his storybook ending. Got what we are. 2-2. L.
