I should have left it on the vine one more day, but I have a terrapin working the area. It was within his neck-stretching height.

first come, first served. I made sure I grabbed some, for thin slicing and frying into squash potato chips. MAN, those things are good.
He also had some zuch hineys, but I left those things alone. As well as cucumbers. Just the thought of eating a cucumber can almost make me physically ill, cannot STAND the taste of them.

This revulsion of Cukes is so interesting. My mother in law came stand the smell of them. So strange

Mine been coming in for a couple weeks which is early, but I planted early. They are not as big as I am used to, will do better next year. I have 5 different ones.

I can't get my tomatoes to do anything. They get about the size of a golf ball but don't grow any larger. They are in fertile soil and I don't over fertilize and water as needed. Any suggestions. I have Parks Whopper and Better boy.

My parks whopper plant is planted in a verylarge pot that nurseries use and it is loaded with maters. Won't get any ripe before July 10, but I planted late this year. My other mater plants are also doing well. 7 feet tall and still growing.

We have been eating MATER sammiches for a couple of weeks now, and did fried green ones
a couple of times before that. Peppers of all types, and I am already tired of squash, cukes etc.
Auto flowering sativas will be harvested shortly. Holden Beach area.

The rain dries up over Cootville and hasn't made it east. Everyone's gardens are done unless constantly watered.
