In your case (35) is the same as "110%er"
In tug's case (59) equals "Clemson Sports Icon"
The progress bar shows how close you are to reaching the next level. In tug's case, how far he is from 50,000 going to 60,000.
The 1250 unread emails are mostly "Congrats on receiving the Quality Content award!" every time he's had a post get 10 or more TUs.
