Does anyone have experience with them or have a recommendation? They sound interesting.

I'm pretty sure the regular tour of Spartanburg is terrifying enough. No ghosts needed.

Both are very good. I have done the tours in both and enjoyed them. We are going to Savannah this weekend and have a tour set up. Well worth the money.

Been on several over the years in Charleston. It really comes down to how good the tour guide is. It doesn't matter which company you pick if the guide is subpar.

Agreed! I went on one in CHS with my ex and her sisters, we had a good time. The tour guide was really good and funny. He disappeared on us in a cemetery and after about 5min he came out on the opposite side and freaked out some people. We all had a good laugh.

Went on a boring one in Charleston, the guide literally read a ###### with a flashlight

Went to one in Wilmington. It was fun. Went to one in Scotland and it was cool - Dr. Jeckyl’s stomping grounds.

The Charleston jail tour is very good. But I think it is closed until October. Working on the building. I went to one at the Savannah theater that wasn’t a ghost tour. It was a ghost hunt. They gave you all the stuff you see on tv and let you investigate the building. That was really fun.

I recommend one in either Edinburgh, Scotland or Paris, France.
On my own, I went to the mausoleum of Bloody George McKensie in Greyfriars Cemetery during the day. I got near the entrance so I could get my picture made and heard noises within the mausoleum. I was quite apprehensive about going closer.
I haven't been, but I hear the Paris Catacombs are pretty intense.
The Charleston ghost tour I went on was lame.
Long story, but, I have spent the night in a haunted house with two friends. We were in Winston-Salem for a Duke-Clemson game. My friend's sister and husband were renovating an old house. We slept in the house under renovations. We definitely experienced some ghostly happenings. The owners did not tell us about the hauntings until after we spent the night there.

Did one in Key West. Very interesting and entertaining. Did one in Columbia. Not so much. I heard Charleston and Savannah have great ones.
