Saturday night. Loved the use of the lights on each members’ uniforms. Looked great with the stadium lights out and s-c-r-i-p-t Tigers and Tiger Paw lit up in orange and purple. The Wicked halftime show was equally spectacular. Even were lit up while in the stands playing. Added to a great night in Death Valley.

I've been to games at other places - UNC, UVA, Wake, and NCState, to name just a few, and they all follow the exact same approach. It's clearly a trend, and it is obnoxious. But there is one advantage: fans stop cheering when the PA is blaring because there's no competing with 100k watts of sound coming from the jumbotron. So, if you're a visitor, chances are the home team's own gameday operations folks will take the home crowd out of the game!

Yes, it was awesome! Loved the use of lights during all their performances. Those kids have a long day on game day, but seemed to be having a blast! I appreciate all they do. Go Tiger Band! Beforehand I was hoping it would be day game, but we would have not experienced the light show and the electric Death Valley experience. So was happy it was a 7pm kickoff.
