Is Martavis Bryant actually a genius?

Can u imagine trying to build a NFL resume with Cole throwing to you? Maybe he saw the writing on the wall! All I know is he has 3 TDs in 2 NFL games and looks like he made one hell of a decision!

either way I think he'll have a good career (4-8 years) in the NFL. Considering when we signed him people thought we only offered him to get Charone. Very focused, good blocker, sure handed kid with good speed. Just right now he has no one to get him the ball. Mike will probably go in the 1st-3rd round next year with another year with Deshaun.

His inability to evade the rush and effectively throw the ball down the field and give our receivers an opportunity to highlight their skills hurts our WRS marketability - at least as it relates to how they perform on the field.
Ironically, in contrast to the above - his performance has led to more opportunities for our defensive players to be on the field and sell themselves to the the scouts.

Five catches for 75 yards, longest was 25. Cole had an awesome back shoulder throw to him.

Hes thrown Mike Williams what 2 or 3 balls in 3 games that he could actually catch that was more than 10 yards?

SO, MIKE WILLIAMS BEING ADDED TO THE BELITNEKOFF LIST IS JUST A COINCIDENCE HUH. THERE WERE MANY REASONS BRYANT LEFT AND COLE SURE AS HELL WAS NOT ONE OF THEM.

So u think Martavis draft stock could have been improved this yr with our dynamic passing game led by CS? If so, your an idiot. I was joking about him seeing the writing on the wall, but no matter how you look at it MB looks like he made a great decision at this point in our season and his.

other choices but to leave early.
Normally, it is a huge risk to give up your senior year of eligibility as anything other than a sure-thing 1st round draft pick. From everything I understand, Martavis really needed to be making money and remaining eligible at Clemson this year was far from a sure-thing. It is likely that having his back up against the wall provided him with the proper motivation to go out and start achieving the obvious potential he always had (but never came close to achieving in college). As I said, couldn't be happier for him. When his playing days are over (hopefully not for at least another 7-10 years), maybe he'll come back and attack his studies the way he has been attacking NFL secondaries the last couple of weeks.

In fact, we have a few former players playing right now that I did not think had what it took to make it.

Don't think he had a "job resume", so NFL was best option.

I'm trying to politely say that he probably won't be one of those that come back to finish their degree.

that was likely to improve in one season, if ever. I didn't want Bryant to leave for selfish reasons, but it seemed like a good move to me when he declared and i defended him on here when most were saying he made a stupid decision.
Bryant is gonna have some drops (pretty sure he dropped one Sunday that would've been another big gain), but he also has freakish athletic ability. He's going to be a big play guy. High risk, high reward. When he starts to lose some of his speed and athleticism his career will probably be over unless his hands improve in the mean time.

it at the next level. I understand why he left and didn't think another year would help.
I didn't think Hopkins was an NFL receiver either, but he's done very well and we saw the impact he had last year when he wasn't here.

Interesting point.
He's a stud, there's no doubt. Breshaud Breeland is doing very well also.
