I'm sorry to all the former frat stars that I asked why fraternities engage in hazing like weird sexual stuff and dangerous behavior that leads to them getting banned and that it was translated into me attacking them for making pledges fetch them beer and drive them to parties (none of those things are hazing but I'm sorry I didn't know they considered that to be it). Even though I didn't list those things as hazing, I'm sorry y'all assumed I meant that. I'm sorry it was interpreted that I meant every single gawddamn fraternity in America elephant walked in the back yard. I'm sure it's not the majority... I hope.

I'm sorry that time I got obliterated in football practice during a defensive double team drill by a former Clemson player that I didn't jump up and report him for hazing. I'm not sure I knew my own name for a few minutes after that.

Ok, just read through the thread and realized it wasn’t about pledge season/hazing, it was just another “frat guys were rich boy daddy’s money shoving stuff up each others butts” thread. You ever notice that those of us who were in fraternities don’t need to go out of our way to explain all the reasons we weren’t geeds?

First, I didn't make any comments about anyone's income. Or daddy's income. In fact, it was another fraternity guy who made that sweeping generalization.
My sexual comments were admittedly a bit facetious but I do know of cases where some weird #### like that happened with some fraternities. It's more so about the dangerous stuff--you know, the #### that actually killed a student at Clemson and then the "brothers" scrambled to cover it up. So let's sit down and stop pretending those aren't problems, and that's the stuff I'm talking about.
So, great. You and your frat didn't do ANY of that. That's awesome. I'm glad y'all had the good sense to stay away from it. So why are you getting so worked about it? Are you going to pretend some of the fraternities don't do that stuff?
I made it pretty #### clear I wasn't talking about making people fetch beers or be the DD for parties. That's not hazing. I can't spell that out any more for you.
And really? You're still calling people who weren't in a fraternity "geeds" as if there is something wrong with them? Dude. Being in a fraternity doesn't make you special. There are absolutely no special skills to join one. People who are "geeds" just didn't see the need to join a little clique to drink and make friends and enjoy all that college had to offer. Y'all were just more organized about it and wore matching outfits.
I don't know how old you are, bruh, but if you're getting this worked up about people criticizing harmful hazing at fraternities, you probably need to start putting more emotional distance between you and those college years. I mean, Christ, you're a great doctor now, right? Let's maybe lean more on that.
