I don't keep up with them too much, but have been hearing a lot of smack talk coming from their fans about the game against us. How is their o and d-line going to be? I am more worried about the Louisville game.

They are SOOO slow. The only reason they are considered to be an elite team this year is because they have 11 starters coming back on defense and quite a few on offense.
I am really not expecting too much trouble out of them in DV...I cood be wrong, but they just don't have the speed to keep up with anyone we have on offense, and I doubt very seriously they realize how good our defense is actually going to be.
Should be a fun game to watch as a Tiger is all I'm saying.

Agreed, but ND is a stout team up front on both sides of the ball. In the past, Clemson has had trouble with mobile QB's because our pass rush is so quick to get up-field and the QB can slip out of pocket. I would like to see Clemson pound the rock via run game to physically wear them down. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THAT GAME !!!!!! Go Tigers.

Might be a close game until we wear them down on both sides of the ball and then the lights go out for them. Watson will have a field day in the second half and we win easily. They simply do not have the speed to keep up with us and speed wins these days. 44-17 Irish go back to South Bend to cry in their Irish stew.

Explain how they kept pace with Fla.State (very fast team) and probably
got cheated out of the win.I think we win but in a close one.

As I have believed all summer, our best competition of the season will be against FSU in DV November 7th. We can not and better not overlook the tons of talent they have stock piled. If we would have been schedule against FSU in September or 1st week in October, I would have had our odds at 65/35 to win. The first week in November in DV I will say our odds are 55/45 to win. In November, college teams are about as good as they're going to be in November. Plus FSU cheats in everything they do, they probably practiced all summer with coaches on walkie talkies and Binoculars ?? away from the field, but in full control of everything happening on the field practices. ??

I still think ND may be our toughest game. Their lines are very good IMO, and Zaire at QB is an excellent dual-threat QB that can move the chains. Having Golson back would have made our game even tougher, but is a non-factor now (but will be for FSU game). Zaire is tough inside the red-zone and their OLine gets a good push. I'm thankful it is in DV. That helps.
If they beat GT early, then expect a tough one in DV.
