I would argue NO to that response. ND is NOT in the ACC in FB and counts nothing but an OOC loss/win. Anyone want to clarify that knows 100%

It would help if they did. I am not sure FSU can beat them and then a loss to Louisville ( you never know) puts us winning the ACC.

Losses to ND do not count towards conference record...UNC lost to Notre Dame this past weekend, also lost to us and VT and if you pull up the standings they are 0-2 in the conference...
