Folks who take great pride in their work. Folks who, should you slight their personal method of cooking, will come at you like you just turned the channel in their golf cart radio. We’ve got dry rub, sauce, foil/no foil, smoke/bake/boil, all of em in here (I know there is a cheap lazy dumber h in here that boils their ribs in the crockpot).

But Imma tell you right now…Sasha Grey comes to my house offering to cook me ribs, at no point will I do nothing but eat with eagerness, I don’t care if they are slathered in Alabama white sauce and taste like 4 day old burnt charcoal.
