Candi's hall.
Strangers from the city call Candi's number and they bring her toys.
That album(one of my faves) helped me get through my freshman year at Clemson, but it didn't make the upper classmen on my floor in Lever very happy at those volume levels.

That rumor seems to have originated on Gator Country, and there are no facts to support it so far. If there weren't two kids involved, I would say it would be hilarious if it somehow turned out to be true, however.
