That's a head coach issue. That's a mindset issue.

I'm refraining from doing some massive post about how you motivate people to get the best out of them. We're not getting the best out of ANY player.... OR Coach.

This is 100% a head coach issue.

The worst part...unless the head coach realizes it, it never changes. Something about 44-16 changed Dabo, I'm convinced.

Could not agree more, but Dabo seemed happy congratulating all the State players, anybody know if he went into the locker room to praise them! Time for Dabo to fade into the sunset.
