I respect that this is art. I respect that person’s right to do that. Very impressive.

Shoulder blade is a pretty good place to get one.

That size would be quick to get and the pain wouldn’t be that bad.
Stay away from boney areas on you first ink (rib cage, ankle, etc.) and you’ll survive. And the flatter the surface the better.
But don’t get one if you only want one. One usually leads to multiples.
