and I wanted so bad to clear my throat in the hopes that it would clear his. He briefly mentioned it - hope that's not his normal voice! Hearing him like that and Coach Orgeron together would drive me nuts.

Other than that - sounds like a great guy, a great fit, and I'm excited to see his defenses next year!

I know he's hoarse from yelling during the last game or whatever. Just thought it was funny that, as I was watching the presser, I kept wanting to clear MY throat! Had the comical mental image of him and Orgeron in a conversation and thought it was funny. But, not everyone gets humor. No biggie.

Nah, my dog loves it when I come in the door.

That may be his normal delivery. Saw an interview from earlier this year and he sounded very raspy. Maybe when he's yelling he sounds less so.
