I've always heard that when a good person takes something bc their life has been on bad times, they will feel bad and guilty for the rest of their lives. When bad people do bad things, they don't feel like they've done anything wrong and it's the good and honest people's fault!!!

Not McDonalds. Paying players is nothing new to them.
Besides, it will still be impossible for them without SEC size and SEC speed. It just means more. Obviously.

You can’t be serious.
Look dude, you know more about the factual, legal restrictions around NIL than most others. Your delivery is questionable, but you are typically accurate on the subject.
But your street smarts and logical application of information are severely lacking. Take a step back…you are too contentious too often.

I asking for proof. So far, there is none.
I'll continue to base my positions in facts. If people don't like it, or how I do it, tough beans.
I was nice about it until I started getting hit with personal attacks. That opened the door for me to respond in kind.

I have never, and would never think of insulting someone hidden behind my keyboard. However, contrary to everything you’ve been posting on here for the last few months about transfers and NIL, this will get sorted out using many/most of the rules and regulations already working in every other professional sport in the world. Fact. Other than just stirring the pot, why would you repeatedly state that college football can’t be regulated just like all the others.

As I've repeatedly said here,
Jan 4, 2025, 8:01 AM

College sports don't have a Congressional antitrust exemption like the big 4 pro leagues do.
This, they are subject to the 1990 Sherman Antitrust Act rules against exploitative monopolies. The NCAA is exactly one of those.
The NCAA has lost every court case related to their rules against NIL, the transfer portal, and now against counting non NCAA junior college against NCAA athlete eligibility.
College sports aren't professional. Ergo, they can't be regulated the same way as things stand now. Fact.
Your post is another apples to oranges comparison. Those two foods are clearly not the same.

What if it were multiple coaches all calling out the same thing? Are they just baseless accusations? All of them? I’m betting there are more coaches that pass along info without ever mentioning the topic publicly
Id bet whatever tangible evidence a coach can provide will be done so discreetly. But if a kid or kids on your team tell you what happened but don’t want to pursue it, calling it out is about all you can do. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen
Based off history it seems you believe we live in a world where if something is not proven in a court or results in sanctions then it must never have happened.
But you want proof?
Saban basically admitted to doing it https://www.si.com/nfl/draft/news/nick-saban-admits-tampering-quinyon-mitchell

and adamantly deny that anything could possibly be casting it. The proof is right in front of you—in the behavior of athletes—and yet you cling to explanations so far removed from rational thought that you might as well toss Occam’s Razor out the window entirely.
I’ve already shared multiple articles where Dabo Swinney—someone who has forgotten more about this game than you’ll ever know—clearly outlines that this is happening. Ignoring his expertise in favor of your own misguided opinions doesn’t just suggest arrogance; it screams it.
Your post history is a masterclass in deflection: when backed into a corner, you resort to name-calling and the kind of immature keyboard warrior antics one might expect from a kid losing at dodgeball. So frankly, your response is as predictable as it is unremarkable. Bravo.
