No Win Situation

I sat in the stands Saturday and watched in disbelief as Cole sucked worse than I've ever seen a guy suck. I also watched Nick take his shot. There's no way Nick is any better (or maybe worse) than Cole. Cole has the game experience.

Dabo doesn't even have a decent option on Saturday. The ONLY way Dabo announces a starter and doesn't get hammered is to say, "Well, we don't have a good option AT ALL on Saturday. As much as we hate it, we're gonna have to play Cole."

Dabo has more class than that. We'd expect Spurrier to do it. But I'd rather have a class coach than a jackwad loud mouth who's .500 after 10 years.

You could be right - but based on below - I think Nick did enough to at least get the opportunity to start.


VS GT

Cole - 3/11
Nick - 4/4

Cole - 1.7 yd. completion avg
Nick - 4.8 yd. completion avg.

Cole - worst mistake - 2 pick sixes + cost us sure FG - that is -17 pts or without cole mistakes - its 14-9 game.

Nick - worst mistake - missed protection coverage. (when he was getting blitzed every play as GT knew he had to pass)

Agree that Nick played better Saturday. Saying the Scheussler gives is the best chance to win against GA State is not a real smart statement. Just saying he thinks Cole deserves it more because it's Sr. day, or his overall body of work is is better is much more believable. Please don't try to call chicken crap chicken salad and expect us to believe it is. We are not coots.

Got no problem with Stoudt getting the start because of Sr. Day, but the first time he screws up, his butt should be on the bench for the remainder of the game.
