The other teams make open field tackles, kick monster field goals, complete beautiful passes, block, punt, do about everything that Clemson struggles with.

I think the think that bothers me the most is every other team has a QB that makes great throws and receivers that somehow or always open or make nearly every contested catch. Cade is air mailing open guys twice tonight. It’s not all on Cade, BUT with a scrappy QB like these other teams have we wouldn’t be in this position. Furthermore as much as I love Randall and think he’s a great story, he’s just not got the burst a RB needs. He’s got top end speed but no burst.

We coach a 5 star recruit into a 2 star by the end of his career. Kind of reminds me that a mutt is a better dog than a pure breed. Lots of good QB mutts out there. Much better than our pure breeds have been lately
