No. We won on the road against a ranked opponent for what was basically the division championship. That counts in the committees eyes

Oklahoma did win against a higher ranked team but they also gave up almost 60 points doing it

We've beaten 3 ranked teams on the road, and one at home. Pretty sure OU doesn't have the same resume.

AND---they have to play in the new BigXII championship game which (as it looks now) won't help them.

No. Really poor defensive play will be primary reason. Better chance of Miami jumping them. Now, if they beat TCU this weekend and look somewhat competent on D, then they might very well jump us next week.

Still, IF we both win out I think the last spot will come down to ND and loser of Seccg. The lack of a conference title will hurt both of those teams in my opinion. If Uga loses, ND probably goes and they are going to be *****.

Bottom line, beat FSU this weekend. 34-17, 3-2, whatever it takes.

The CFP guys seem to do a good job looking at the whole body of work for each team for the season.

It doesn't matter if we win out we will end up #2 if Bama is undefeated.
Either way we win out beat a top 10 Miami team and we are in.
