You haven't proven he got "peanuts." Why does someone have to prove he got a jackpot? Based on my legal experience, which is zero, I know that this kid cannot disclose the settlement. The media slandered this kid. Why wouldn't you want them to pay for that?

Him to get paid. It’s about a lawyer who handles these exact cases talking about how much he probably got. A lawyer who practices in an area of law can guess pretty accurately what would be paid on a specific case if they have read the pleadings.

I never commented on how little or much he got. He did.
Again, zero proof except a guess.
That is not proof.
One thing I do know, he has been getting money from everyone he's suing.
Cause,.you know, they lied and gaslight an entire country against a little kid.

Do you see any change in how these media outlets are operating? If not, then they probably only paid out nuisance money like the lawyer said. Another nothingburger. LOL

I don't think anyone really assumes a settlement like this, no matter the amount, is going to somehow enourage media outlets - any of them - to take a moral high road of any kind. Certainly they will continue to lie and spread disinformation.

There's nothing to indicate he got anything more than nuisance money. Why would he hide the settlement details if he whooped their a$$ in court. It's because he didn't. LOLOLOL.

Speaking of ignorant.
All of these agreements have terms and conditions that require confidentiality.
One source M Zaid is a huge democrat and anti-Trumper. You may as well cite MSNBC as a source.
Then the other 1000 tweets from Respectable Lawyer are probably from a 20-something know-nothing in charge of their social media.
The part about insurance is partially accurate. If the party being sued wants their insurance to cover the case, then the insurance company will quickly take over the case. The point at which they do that is before the insured's deductible is met. Sandman's attorney is working for free (on commission) and can easily cause the insured or insurance company to spend $100s of thousands. So in this case with the publicity involved and the fear of the insurance company of a jury trial, Sandman got far more than a 5-digit nuisance settlement. As a minimum his take was 6-figures.

Why was the a settlement? If Nick had the goods, why didn't he let the judge humiliate, embarass, and torch the media? This is where you narrative is exposed as total chit. LOL
