Sep 24, 2022, 11:52 PM

I caught a wild Wolf (I think, may be a German shepherd) I will be be roasting it. I will also be making buffalo chicken dip with the wild chicken circling Death Valley. T male for details.

Wolf is delicious. Just make sure you cook it

to an internal temperature of 105 degrees so it stays rare and doesn’t dry out. People will try to scare you with the trichinosis thing, but they probably drive a hybrid vehicle. If it is indeed a German Sheppard, you can take 10 degrees off that temperature, because they have more fat from their diet of kibbles and bits.
