Pearman better get off his ###

Feb 18, 2014, 10:57 AM

and contact this guy. How hard is it to call him once a week and go by his scholl occasionally. Show him some love. We need some more of these guys.

Manning I was setting here thinking the very same thing. Pearman should be on his text, twitter, face book, and telephone a few times a week. Don't sit on his A$S and allow other schools get any kind of a relationship to get started. Keep him thinking Clemson love 24/7. If he is graduating in December, that must mean that his academic status is up above par. If fact, every GA should have a phone that will show that the contact is coming from what ever coach is recruiting him. And the GAs Should be doing that for our coaches everyday, and not those standardize messages either. I'm talking messages that are or seems personal to that recruits personal character and interest. If you want to have the best of the crop, pick it and treat it as the best of the crop. These kids are at their easiest to influence age. So be a special influence with them. When your FB program isn't seen as being in the same Elite status as a Bama, make up for it by making every recruit feel that they are Elite to Clemson and our program. And that can't happen with standard recruiting practices. I'm not saying that we're not doing that already. I'm just saying that if we're not recruiting to every recruits personal likes and interest, we should be

Pearman is the weak link on this staff on recruiting front. I never understood why he has such a rich recruiting ground in charlotte. He is no doubt a hreat TE coach but for only coaching TEs he should be a too notch recruiter. I get the impression that he doesn't like recruiting.

both mom and dad are coot graduates and pearman as recuiter, bad group of facts. he gone!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Is it possible that his parents are legacies from the Brad

Feb 19, 2014, 12:09 PM

Scott era?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Wow! It is so awesome to have all of you 'internet coaches'

Feb 18, 2014, 9:44 PM [ in reply to Pearman better get off his ### ]

that know SOOOO much more than our coaching staff on here telling them how to do their jobs. I am certain that when the recruits come on here and see all of the "internet coaches" they REALLY can't wait to get to Clemson so you guys can "coach them up" so they can be really great. It just makes so much sense!

Go Tigers!

A Coot Legacy ?

Feb 18, 2014, 11:28 AM

That tells me this young man can correct his father's mistakes by making the right choice in his own life. Dirtpecker graduate has to know that if he could do it all over he would have gone to Clemson...if qualified and stuff.

true, a coot legacy might give us a leg up. Remember one

other 9at least that we know of) telling his son that "you don't want to go there"......

Have you ever thought of the possibility that Coach Pearman may know that we experts don't know? He may have an all world five star waiting in the wings to commit. Clemson knows what they are doing.

Double Legacy....both his mom and dad were scholarship athletes at Carolina. And yeah, he is not going to end up in tatertown.

Hey he could be really into made up majors and not attending class, in which case he has two great options in North Carolina and South Carolina, right?

Sorry but I'm live in charlotte and have several good friends that coach in the area. All say the samething about pearman. That he offers the kid and disappears. Clemson should own the charlotte area. As close to charlotte as any other acc school and have more football reasorces.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Actually, we do quite well among NC prospects

Feb 20, 2014, 12:13 AM

Added a fine WR prospect from up there and have the #1 running back Clemson bound. We do quite well in NC, GA, and Fla.

It all depends on several things; do they fit our needs, academics, and character traits.

No news here coot in the making.

I like Veal, but we shouldn't waste time with him

Feb 18, 2014, 3:26 PM

How many SCar legacy players have we ever gotten? I doubt it's many if any. I say use his recruiting resources towards some else.
