New Campus Pictures

I made some new pictures Friday afternoon. One of the end walls of the Indoor Practice Facility is going up. There are three different angles, one from Perimeter Rd, one from the driveway to the practice fields and one from right across the river. The new screen is in place at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, but I'm afraid Clemson's going to "cheap out" and leave the rest of the scoreboard like it is, and that isn't a good thing. The parts for the new scoreboard and screens in Death Valley have arrived. There aren't any pictures of Riggs Field because nothing has changed there in the last few days. I included the crepe myrtles behind the batter's eye because I thought they looked good. They'll look even better in another 2-3 years.

I hope they touch up the sides of the baseball board, though. That thing is a wee bit fatter (and larger) than the old one and seems to stick out from the rest of the components. Maybe that is temporary until they can get everything hooked up wiring wise, but if not, it sorta looks funny if you're not looking at it straight on.
