offers listed he had that a lot of those offers were non-committable offers. I think it's dumb to offer a kid and not take his commitment but thats the way of the college football world. Plus if it wasn't for un-committable offers Clemson wouldn't have Sterling Johnson because he originally tried to commit to Tennessee and they wouldn't take it so then he committed to Clemson the same day but what ever gets them here I am for it.

Timing might suggests that Clemson getting Reeves might have precipitated this verbal to UNC.

So many of us think we need at least 4 or maybe 5 OL in this next class. So I'm pretty sure we would have taken Elder in a heartbeat. Now the question I ask is will we switch and start to push hard for somebody we haven't very much.
We NEED Boudreaux and Simpson in my book. But who can we get after that??

Finishing off a class with Simpson, Boudreaux, and Price would make it almost equal to last year's class and maybe even better

I didn't know he was all that big on Clemson after he decommitted. Saw some internet stuff that he might have done that right after some visits from Auburn. True?

Think if we miss on him we will just sign 3 OL not a huge need to sign 4 since we signed 4 last year better to hold it.

We lose at least 3 after this season if not 4. And if Guillermo doesn't come back 100% we don't have much margin left this year or next.

I think we have a few "swing" guys that could play center if I'm not mistaken (Giella, Pollard, Simpson) and we aren't after any centers currently. Simpson has really grown on me as a prospect - he has the ability to play all OL positions well and the importance of that can't be overstated with our numbers. Can't wait to see him commit and play in a Clemson uniform
