Always been useless...ruined SMU & Clemson...did nothing to Miami, Oklahoma, LSU, OSU, UNC etc...let's make examples for show and let the teal rule breakers escape unscathed...FSU had an area wide system to protect players irrespective of what crime they committed!

Player tells NCAA he was tampered with by FL State but they will look the other way as they NC fake classes. There is no one in charge of college football any longer

Who, specifically, contacted you. When? Did they offer you money? If so, how much? Did any other school contact you before entering the portal? When was the first time you spoke with Deion about following him to Colorado? Did you talk with any NIL collective from any school before you entered the portal? Will you allow us access to your phone records so we can verify this?

I'm all in favor of a full and thorough investigation.

But, as others have said, I don't expect it. NCAA seems to have taken the position, "Enforcement of portal and NIL rules are up to the schools and the conferences."
