vegetables you cook and how you make them edible. I love vegetables, but could never be a vegetarian. Anyways, share your ideas and I will try them and post pictures and a review on the ones I try.

nutrition wise! Full of starch, which almost immediately turns to sugar in your gut! I'd much rather have a sweet potato anyway! And I love carrots, especially cooked with onions and a roast in the slow cooker. I can eat them like candy!

I love the zucchini at the Japanese steakhouses and in general love that vegetable cooked on a grill. Thanks for sharing

I love to grill a mixture of cherry tomatoes, squash, zucchini and onions with a little olive oil, fresh basil, and seasoned salt.

Love them all but top 2 are rutabagas and collards, add a fried pork chop and dodger of corn bread and you got yourself a good meal!
