Conference Divisions should be redone every 2 years

based on the previous 2 seasons ... and scrap "divisional rivals" ... its crazy that we don't play some conference members but every 5+ yrs, but we could play GT twice in one season.
Based on the 2014 & 2015 seasons, the divisions this year would have been ...
Atlantic: Clemson, Pitt, Louisville, VT, GT, BC, Syracuse Coastal: FSU, UNC, Dook, Miami, NCSU, UVA, WF

Go back to 9 team conferences, or flash forward to 16 teams.
I hate unbalanced schedules.

I haven't been able to take the math out of this but the basis for my idea is:
With the current 14 teams and 8 conference games: You play 3 Teams every year: For Clemson this could be FSU, GT, BC(I like the road trip), The NC schools could just play each other. This would leave 10 teams that you have to account for. You get 5 each year. You could get through all 10 teams every 2 or 3 years depending on how you set it up. You could do a home and home withe the 5 and you would play the same 5 for 2 years straight and then switch to complete the series. You could also take the same approach as above but Take your first 5 in year 1 of this system, then take the other 5 in the second year and switch back. You could also jumble that up though.
The two best teams would play for the Championship.

Flex Game

After playing 7 or 8 regular season games the ACC has their "flex game" the weekend before Thanksgiving.
In even years the Atlantic hosts the Coastal. In odd years the Coastal hosts the Atlantic. Tickets to these games are sold in the season ticket package.
Game 1: First place Atlantic plays Second place Coastal. Game 2: Second place Atlantic plays First place Coastal. Game 3: Third place Atlantic plays Third place Coastal. Game 4: Fourth place Atlantic plays Fourth place Coastal. Game 5: Fifth place Atlantic plays Fifth place Coastal. Game 6: Sixth place Atlantic plays Sixth place Coastal. Game 7: Seventh place Atlantic plays Seventh place Coastal.
The winners of game 1 and game 2 play each other in the ACC-CG.
