Speaking of traffic patterns, question about a "Y"

intersection signage and ROW's.



There's a spot in Oconee county with this intersection (Spring Valley and East Spring Valley Rd). If you're traveling north in this diagram (from the bottom up) you encounter a "Left Turn Yield" sign. If you're traveling SE or SW you have a Stop sign.

So a car going SW has to stop , but the car traveling north and going left has to yield.

Who has the right of way?

There will be a woman driver stopped in the middle of the road, trying to wave people through.

The same way they do at 4 way stops but can't figure them out.

Mt P doesn't understand 4 way stops

or more realistically a 3 way stop that is treated like a 4 way stop.

The one in front of Sesame/Timeout is the bane of my existence. I've given and received many a horn honk and middle finger there.

I'm almost at a point where I want to make a window sign that says "this is not a 4 way stop"
