T.4 Jacoby Ford
5. C.J. Spiller lol. I know he's a RB but caught some bombs from KP

I'm ranking this on Return ability/ recruiting hype etc. Hamilton really did have a unique ability to return kicks we haven't seen since and at 6"4.
