I agree wholeheartedly! Like others, I was shocked that he missed 3 field goals last Saturday, but he has been money in the past AND his kick-offs consistently sail deep into the end zone, making return attempts less frequent. In my mind, I have renamed "BT" to "Big Toe" and every time he lines up for an extra point, field goal, or kick off, I shout, "Let's go Big Toe!" The fans sitting near me now think Big Toe is his real name.

It will be a very long time before he misses three in a row again. Kind of the way the Tigers season has gone thus far.

he was hitting the clutch FGs earlier, plus, not much about coaching when he kicks every kick off deep into the game end zone. Potter doesn’t need coaching.
Special teams is more about coverages and what tactics are used for receiving and rushing kicks.
We seem to never rush a punt aggressively and rarely look to return a punt. So that’s what is being coached.
Field the ball cleanly and never, ever get a roughing penalty once the defense has gotten off the field.
It worked very well when the offense was red hot the past few years. Now we could use a big play out of our special teams.
