Well in all fairness he replaced Leach after he passed last year. Wasn't really a splash hire from the outside like Jimbo. Totally different situation.

I respect the SEC in that, if you don’t win, schools move on from a coach. Quickly. It’s not like that in the B1G. There is a way, way longer leash. And schools are afraid to fire a coach. I think in the B1G there is too much apathy. It seems like So many schools are happy to collect a check and be mediocre. Makes me sick
