Roster management and depth will decide how good the team will be. If you need a punter, kicker, long snapper and you sign all 3 - and all are no stars - who cares ? But it drove your ranking down. Or signing 5 star skill players without an offensive line - is waste.
Rankings don’t generally matter when you have the top 10-15.
