Interesting legal article on hush money case

Basically the “misdemeanor” is past the statute of limitations. So Bragg tried to charge him with covering up the “misdemeanor”. First, Bragg must prove that Trump falsified business records with the intent to defraud. Who was he defrauding? No one. This article plainly shows this is literally a ba case with no legal merit.

Please read before you comment.

Hillary Clinton used campaign funds labeled as "attorney fees" via a law firm, that paid and ex spy, to "create" the Steele dossier. But she good.

You know who else got fined for misusing campaign funds? Bammy. But he God doh.

State of NY vs Trump (hush money) is the Kim Jong Un loyalty test

Of course the State of NY vs Trump (‘hush money / campaign finance’ misdemeanor + ‘ledger error’ misdemeanor = election interference felony) case is absurd. Everyone with half a brain, including several of TNet’s resident leftists, recognize this.

The case moves forward anyways. For what purpose (other than election interference -&- intent to exhaust Tr7mp)?

(*). This is a loyalty to the cause test. Democrats who do not keep on point with TDS rhetoric are exposed as possible opponents to the Uniparty’s authoritarian regime. (The Uniparty is not expecting the RINO wing to openly embrace the Democrat wing’s agenda on this one; Uniparty recognizes the value of the ‘sleeper cell’ RINO wing.)

This is the Kim Jong Un / Putin loyalty test. Elections are held and votes from specific voters are known. The voters who dare to vote against the regime are then made to disappear.

The Uniparty hasn’t gotten b9ld enough to go full-on Kim Jong Un / Putin … yet. The Uniparty has not yet completed their total control over the bureaucracy, although they are far down this path. Thus, periodic ‘loyalty test’ trial balloons are floated and reactions are monitored.

(?). Which well-known leftist pundits and / or celebrities will recklessly stick their heads into the noose and speak up about this show-trial? TNet’s leftists are not well-known or celebrities, so maybe some of TNet’s true liberals (not those outright commies) will dare to publicly disavow this NY trial. We’ll see.

Of all the prosecutions, this is the one I like the least...

Bragg is attempting something that is not a slam-dunk. Here's another article from a fair website that also has some misgivings about the case.

Much as I despise Trump, this isn't the case where I wanted to nail his a** to the wall. Oh, he's guilty as Hell. But that doesn't mean this case will work out like the prosecution wants.

The other 3 cases from Jack Smith & Fani Willis are more clear-cut situations, and very strong.

I appreciate your response. I don’t really get the he’s guilty as hell part? I’m this trial what is he guilty of? Committing a non crime?

I agree, the other cases will be tougher considering those aren’t past the statute of limitations.

Well, I think he was trying to hide another underlying crime when he falsified..

his business records. I do think that's what he was doing.

But look, I agree that this will be hard for Bragg to prosecute. The burdern of proof in a criminal trial is high. And many lawyers, left/right/center, are saying the same thing.
