APM is a psychologist and I am concerned.

I am concerned about our team's emotional/mental state. Too many players leaving because of personal issues, loss of love for the game, etc.

Many a college football player has played out his college career having already had children. Many a college student has had to deal with personal losses during their time in school. Many a college student wonders if he/she can finish college and lose their enthusiasm along the way. Most find a way to persist.

Whatever the root causes are, they need to be addressed.

Everyone is different I'm confident DJ will get it stright. These are young people they really haven't had a lot of lose or bad thing happen in there life. It's part of growing up.
