I don't think it's very effective to kick kids off the team when they already plan to sell themselves to the highest bidder after the game.

True, but that one paled by comparison to the Pirates-Pack brawl. Doeren at least apologized afterwards. If the ECU coach did likewise, I've missed seeing it.

Miami was physically fighting one another on the sideline. The above poster has claimed that Clemson has done the same.
Every single team yells at each other every single week on the sidelines. It's part of competitive sports.
Again, I'm still waiting on a link or shred of evidence showing Clemson players physically fighting one another or coaches on our own sideline.
Hint: you won't find any.

The Miami incident yesterday was 2 Miami players pushing, shoving and a swing that had to be broken up. Never seen that on Clemson sideline.

Clemson players fighting among themselves, and I've been witness to 60 seasons.
Had it ever happened, I'm certain a number of Clemson folks, including me, would have been veey vocal in our displeasure. Such to me would be a black-eye to my Alma Mater and evidence of a lack of stern control by the staff. The guilty would not set a foot on the sidelines until they could convince me otherwise, and if overtly serious, prompt dismisal would be in order.
I'd bet the farm that Dabo Swinney would never tolerate it either....
