Letdown to me. Riley sucks and so does Cade but I really thought the o line was going to be something we could build around. What an awful display.

The biggest issue was at right tackle. Miller was exposed big time last night.

Pass Pro was really what hurt us. Randall would commit to a gap too early and lsu linebackers would stunt around the the other gap and put pressure on cade

I think there were whiffs all over the place. Haven't watched the entire replay

but when our guys were engaged, they did OK, but just WAY too many misses. Some of that is due to LSU's speed and the fact that they closed very quickly, and our play calling never made them pay. The biggest thing is that there always seemed to be one or two more LSU defenders than our blockers.

Of course now watching the replay and the LSU DE (or OLB) just split our LT and TE double team to tackle our RB in the backfield, so maybe we're just not great!

Why not throw screens? That seems so obvious. It would slow them down. There had to be numbers mismatches with all LSU blitzers.

I only remember 1 wr screen but it was thrown several yards behind the receiver.

Especially on the 4th down play… everyone in the country knew they were bringing pressure on that play and still we didn’t call a screen or have a hot route available… it’s literally unbelievable

missed some blocks, but on plays where all OL were engaged, LSU had another free man or two to make the tackle...

That and throw in Parker and Woods performance in there. At least Parker has had big games throughout his career. I've really never seen anything from Woods other than a few big plays here and there almost EXCLUSIVELY against weak ACC teams.
