I guess that fans everywhere are about the same, when they get pisssed or hurt by the things that their coaches do, they will talk cold chit about them and talk about how glad they are that the coach move on bc their school could do better without them or do better with their next hire. Hurt us or embarrass us and we're going to talk chit about them, LMAO now at the Penn St fans and their butt hurt, but I hope they will understand that Tom Allen is several steps up when comparing him to the DC that Dabo fired.

I would say that maybe we will see Penn St in the playoffs next season, but I guess that will depend on their next DC hire, we're about to hire us a decent DC. Then again, we may see some of their fan base out and about around here, they do flood the south in the winter to get away from their freezing cold winters and all that deep snow!!!;) Just holla at us, we're very noticeable bc we wear our Clemson clothing proudly, Go Tigersss!!!;)

While I agree that our punting has been sub-par, I'd just as soon get coordinators that shut the other team's offenses and defenses down so that we don't have to punt, and that everybody we play has to punt every 4-down series. If we're going to wish about things, I'd just as soon wish for the best it possibly could be.

Not exactly sure what you mean by this statement, but taking it literally, he's very familiar with God's Country. Indiana is about as close to southeast folk and religion as any state in the south. Perhaps moreso. I don't think he'll have anything to learn from that perspective.

Yes they were but mainly because Manny Diaz had brought them in and worked with them. Probably why they wanted to go with Allen because the defense is just like Manny's.

I don't think you can base anything Allen did off of this year at Penn St. Who knows, he could come in and crush it, or he could flop worse than Wes. I do like the fact we're bringing some fresh eyes to the room... and it wouldn't hurt my feelings if he parted with Conn and let Allen bring in a staff or two.

Personally I was hoping we'd hire Symons from smu. Just think he'd be more "hungry ". Jmho. Go Tigers.
