Before anything about basketball shows up. 21 headlines before you hit the first one about basketball, and it was prior to the game Tuesday.

I’m good with being a football first school but the basketball team is pretty good these last couple of years.

I agree! I was going to post later after the team leaves for Pitt. I know a lot of people excited about the new DC hire and what could happen. It should pick up befor tomorrow. Friday's are anything goes and a lot of people still thinking about football especially with title game coming up Monday night.

It's a big game and think even though it is must game for Pitt losing 3 straight, but this Tiger team has some confidence and wants to compete for the ACC regular season title or at least upper double buy and will be motivated

Also, wonder if Jeff Capel still all wrapped up with that almost altercation about the late lay up in loss to FSU and only had basically a day in half since that game was late Wednesday night

The Tigers can bother Pitt also with their length and defense just like FSU. Pitt does have two great guards but they also turn the ball over a lot. Wiggins is the X-factor, again.

Another thing in this 3 game losing streak for Pitt, They have been really bad on offensive rebounding in these loses, and that is a strength of Clemson. So that is also a key. Sheff looked closer to his self on Wednesday and expect more of the same tomorrow.

I see them as the 8th, 11th, 13th, and 14th stories on T-Net's home page going back to the pre-game FSU bout. Lead article on DOE decision affects hoops also. Been pretty busy around here otherwise this week.
