Maybe this is a precursor to the dissolution of the ACC. One can hope.

Courts usually do not punish a person or business who lives, and or conducts business in the home state but is sued in another state. AG's know this is common law and the ACC is costing these schools money by suing in NC.

They are protecting their turf for future law suits by anyone. They do not want case law established in NC.
