Seems like a decent company that is small and family oriented. Base pay is not bad, plus commissions and full benefits. I figure I should just take it and see how it works out, bc I got nothing to lose and it’s got a salary.
I don’t mean to brag (actually I do) but I had to take an IQ test for them yesterday after a phone interview and within 30 min of submitting the hiring manager texted me and said “I got your test results back and can we meet at 11am for an in person interview?” Clearly smarter than the average American male.
Interview went well and he called me after to offer the job and send over the offer packet. It’s not my dream job or anything, but it will pay the bills. Currently contemplating

It was patterns, vocabulary, quick math, etc. I’ve taken sales test before and they are stupid… “if Bob says this as an objection what is the correct response?”

But the 5 sales people have been there between 2-13 years and they all make decent 6 figures. If there wasn’t a good base salary and benefits I wouldn’t even be considering it but it’s a decent package.
