couple of months, I am slowly starting to align my wardrobe to head ball inflator style.

For example, I don't wear short sleeve polos every day anymore.

Now the majority of days are long sleeve button downs with the undershirt (to dawghater23®'s chigrin)

But I feel like a little more is needed. Not coat and tie, but still... professional.

What styles are yall seeing from people that move the needle and look at things from 30,000 feet?

Agree with your other recs but I just can’t stand CT shirts. They’re the Columbia House of shirt sellers from what I can tell, going for volume and I’ve just noticed glaring quality issues when I’ve tried them in the past. You had good luck with them?

These days I end up usually going custom with proper cloth or similar.

I’ve had good luck w their shirts, some of the materials are better than others though, and the couple I like were itchy as hell until about the 10th wash. I like their slim cut and the shirts are long enough and stay tucked. The two major complaints I have are the lack of a button on the wrist part of the cuff so I can’t wear the cuffs unbuttoned, and the placket is a little odd.

Overall though I think they’re decent for the money, but honestly my old school lands end supima no-irons are the first shirts I reach for.

There is definitely an issue with fit, which is why I do not buy them online, but their quality has been as good is BB in my experience. Juat have to try them on and find the right one.

17.5, 36/37 BB non-iron is hard to beat.

I assume you mean Bonobos chinos. They have a bunch of different fits, and lengths at each inch, so it’s very easy to find pants that fit right. Their materials are great, they look really nice, they don’t need to be ironed. So far they’ve lasted too, I still wear the first pair of them that I bought 5 years ago.

Buy one pair for $100 and wear them for a decade, or buy a $50 pair that you have to replace in two years. This philosophy applies to most things, especially stuff like shoes and boots.

no undershirt, top 3 buttons unbuttoned, sport coat for swag.

bonus points if the bajios on the croakies spread it farther so you got the chest hair in the wind.

latest fit is:
- tailored sport coat from this shop my wife found in Green Hills. Hay something
- I still rock Brooks bros shirts
- I still rock brooks bros dress slacks or Lulu pants / orvis OOOO pants
- I still rock the cole haan dress sneakers or boots (couple different Tecovas pairs)

my problem now is I'm down another size. I only have one jacket that fits. new ones are asspensive AFFFF and my pants / belts are too big too, but not as bad as jackets.
